The promise

This is for you if...

You want to start taking care of yourself, but everything feels a little overwhelming.

You’re tired of constantly starting over.

You know there’s a stronger, more confident version of you in there. You just need a push to start becoming her.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start, this is it.

The promise

Your focus for the next 4 weeks

01

Identity

We start with where you are right now. You’ll set your goal, start tracking your habits and focus on the small things that create real change. By the end of the week: “Okay. I know what I need to do.”

02

Nutrition

Let’s make food less complicated. You’ll learn the basics of nutrition, understand your own energy needs and start making choices that support your goals. By the end of the week: “I don’t need to fear food. I need to understand it.”

03

Training

You’ll learn how to train with a plan and start showing yourself that you don’t need to feel motivated every single time. You can do anything for 5 minutes. By the end of the week: “I can still show up when I don’t feel like it.”

04

Mindset

This isn’t where you go back to your old routine. You’ll look back at your progress and build a plan for your next 90 days, so you know exactly how to keep going. By the end of the week: “I know what to do next.”

You're not doing it alone

Some days you’ll be motivated. Some days you absolutely won’t be. And on those days, it helps to know there are other girls doing the exact same thing. Learning. Showing up. Having imperfect weeks. Trying again. No one needs to have it all together here. We’re just all moving in the same direction.

4 weeks from now...

You could still be telling yourself: “I really need to get my life together.” Or you could already be the girl who has started. The girl who knows what she’s doing in the gym. The girl who understands food a little better. The girl who doesn’t throw the whole week away because Tuesday didn’t go to plan. The girl who is starting to trust herself again. You don’t have to wait for January to become her. You can walk into January already knowing you started.

FAQ

Questions and answers

Can I actually see a difference in 4 weeks?

Four weeks isn’t about completely transforming your life or body. It’s enough time to start building routines, understand your training and nutrition better, and create momentum. The goal is that you finish thinking “I know how to keep going”, not “thank god that’s over.”

How do I know if this is for me?

If you’ve been saying “I know I need to do something, I just don’t know where to start”, this was built for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be ready to actually start.

Is everything personalized to me?

This is group coaching, so your training and nutrition aren’t individually built around you like they would be in Chloe 1:1. You’ll follow a clear structure together with the group while working on your own habits and goals

Do I need to go to the gym?

No. You can choose between home and gym training, so you can start wherever feels realistic for you. The goal isn’t to force your life around fitness. It’s to make movement something that actually fits into your life.

Do I need to count calories?

You’ll learn about calories, your own energy needs and the basics of nutrition, but the goal is understanding food, not becoming obsessed with numbers. I want you to leave knowing why you’re making certain choices, instead of following another set of random food rules.
