Not at all. I'll build your training to fit your lifestyle whether that means the gym, home workouts, or training outdoors in the fresh air. What matters most is that you move and actually enjoy it.

Which language is the coaching delivered in?

You can choose the language yourself, either Finnish, Swedish or English!

How long does the coaching last?

The coaching isn't built around a fixed end date. The goal is to create lasting results, not quick fixes. That said, most clients work with me for a few months to build strong routines and see clear progress. Before you start, we'll go through your current situation and goals, and decide together on a timeline that best supports reaching them.

Does the coaching include a strict diet or forbidden foods?

No restriction lists and no starving. The goal is to build a healthier, sustainable relationship with food for the long term.
